WHATHOUSE? AWARDS SECURES MULTI-YEAR HEADLINE SPONSOR

The UK’s biggest housebuilding awards, the WhatHouse? Awards has announced a new partnership for its 2026 event, confirming Build Warranty Group as its headline sponsor.

Build Warranty Group has committed to a multi-year deal, which will see the structural warranty insurance specialists collaborate with WhatHouse? Awards long-term.

“The WhatHouse? Awards celebrate excellence in UK housebuilding, recognising the organisations and individuals delivering outstanding quality, innovation and customer service,” explains Andrew Dyson, CEO at Build Warranty Group. “This partnership will strengthen that mission by bringing added focus to the technical assurance, risk management and build-quality standards that underpin great homes.

“We look forward to working together to champion the achievements of UK housebuilders and to help drive continued improvements in quality and confidence for the industry and homebuyers alike,” adds Andrew.

As headline sponsor, Build Warranty Group benefits from premium event branding at the What House? Awards, which includes the event on Friday 20 November at the Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, as well as in the build-up and long afterwards. The company will also have an active involvement in the Awards programme and wider WhatHouse? community events.

Daniel Hill, director at Globespan Media, the event organiser of the WhatHouse? Awards comments: “Build Warranty Group is a recognised industry leader and a highly respected brand, so we are pleased to welcome them as our new headline sponsor. Throughout our conversations, it was clear that increasing visibility and presence at the awards was a priority for their team. With that in mind, we are confident this long-term partnership will support the continued growth of the WhatHouse? Awards audience, and further strengthen the event, while also amplifying Build Warranty Group’s profile by association.”

The WhatHouse? Awards are widely recognised as the “Oscars of the housebuilding industry”, annually attracting over 1,300 housebuilders, developers, housing associations and suppliers to its legendary luncheon. Nominations for the 46th WhatHouse? Awards are open now until 17 July and span 21 diverse categories.
