Lexicon, Inc. Hires Erick Petersen as Sales Executive for Northern Region

Senior-level construction and steel sales representative joins Lexicon’s premier sales team

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 15, 2026) – Lexicon, Inc. has hired Erick Petersen as a sales
executive for the Northern Region. In this role, he will spearhead that region’s sales efforts by
developing and executing sales plans, building key stakeholder relationships and ensuring client
business needs are met on time and with the highest level of customer care.

Prior to joining Lexicon, Petersen built an impressive resume implementing sales strategies and
negotiations in the construction and steel industries, serving at companies like Lyndon Steel,
Saskark Steel and Banker Steel. Most recently, he was the director of sales and estimating at
Cimolai-HY of Lynchburg, Va. and Olean, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Communications from Liberty University.
